More On Antioxidants

Along with choosing produce from a "rainbow of colors" to maximize your intake of antioxidants, you can incorporate many spices that contain antioxidants as well. Cook with herbs and spices, such as ginger, basil oregano, clove, cinnamon, turmeric, paprika, chili powder, curry powder and mustard seed.
